Can we choose who’s covered?
Yes — you can apply Income Bridge to all employees or selected groups (e.g.full-time staff, probation-passed, or senior roles).
Is this a regulated insurance product?
Income Bridge operates as a collective protection model — funds are pooled, governed transparently, and can absolutely evolve into a regulated insurance framework as your coverage base grows. We also cover ourselves with a double layer of protection known as reinsurance, for major incidents or claims.
What if we don’t have redundancies this year?
Income Bridge also supports employees that choose to leave. And of course unused capital stays within the collective fund, strengthening reserves or earning interest to further support the fund.
